New Energy's Board of Directors and Executive management team underpin the philosophy and success of the company. They are well known and respected in their fields of endeavour, and bring to New Energy significant experience and understanding regarding the commercialisation of the concept and company.

Directors

Enzo Gullotti

Chairman, Non-executive Director

Enzo Gullotti has over 20 years experience in the scaffolding, formwork, general plant hire construction and maintenance industry. Mr Gullotti is currently the Group Managing Director of Global Construction Services Limited, where he has grown the business significantly since the Company's inception in 2003, including leading the successful integration of several key acquisitions and the initial public offering in August of 2007. Mr Gullotti was one of the original founding members of PCH Group Ltd, where he was an Executive Director for approximately 8 years and the Managing Director of the scaffolding subsidiary. Mr Gullotti was instrumental in growing PCH, including the establishment of operations in Karratha, Sydney, Darwin, Bunbury, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai and the Caspian Sea.

Neil Martin

Non-Executive Director

Neil Martin is currently Managing Director of Entech – Renewable Energy Solutions Pty Ltd with over 20 years in the commercial and technical development of Entech's unique WtG type gasification technology, which converts organic waste streams into a methane like gas, which is used to generate renewable energy. Mr Martin has specifically developed commercial strategies to utilise waste streams to minimize landfill application of organic wastes. This technology has been used throughout Asia, Canada, USA, Mexico, Netherlands and Greece.

Doug Miller

Non-Executive Director

Doug Miller has over 35 years of management experience in the oil and gas industry, as Managing Director in Oroleum Ltd, a major international oil trading Group based in Singapore and as a Director of QED International, which became a major player in the NDT and ultra-sonic pipeline monitoring industry worldwide. More recently, Mr Miller has had over 12 years management involvement in the treatment of liquid wastes and process fluids in the mining, industrial and agricultural sectors. Mr Miller has worked on numerous "waste to energy" developments, including leachate treatment and organic waste disposal at landfill sites.

Sam Mangione

Non-Executive Director

Sam Mangione has over 20 years experience in the construction, mining and hire industries. Mr. Mangione is the co-owner and Managing Director of Instant Waste Management, which is the largest privately owned waste management company in Western Australia. Mr Mangione has been at the forefront in the development of strategic waste management processes for the recovery and recycling of waste products, through purpose designed waste transfer stations. Mr Mangione has also been a Non Executive Director of the Global Construction Services Limited (GCS) since August 2007.

Tom Mangione

Non-Executive Director

Tom Mangione has over 20 years experience, with a bias to business development and marketing in the construction, mining and hire industries. Mr Mangione is the co-owner and a Director of Instant Waste Management, which is the largest privately owned waste management company in Western Australia. Mr Mangione has been instrumental in growing the waste management business, including the development of integrated waste recovery/re-cycling solutions.

Management

Jason Pugh

CEO

Jason Pugh is the Chief Executive Officer for New Energy Corporation and has been with the company since 2010. Mr Pugh has led the development of two projects in Western Australia, including site selection, successful EPA & Development Approvals, project finance and community engagement for the Company.

Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and has been successfully developing technology companies since 1993. Mr Pugh was previously the CFO of QED Limited a leading water treatment company and he managed the company's Australian Stock Exchange listing in August 2001.

Prior to that he was the CFO of Underwater World International, a company that developed public aquariums in Australia, China and Spain.

Miles Mason

Business Development Manager

Miles Mason is a civil engineer with 15 years experience in the waste, water and wastewater industries. He has worked for WSN Environmental Solutions and SITA Australia from 2003in a variety of roles including waste facility operations management, project management, contract management, landfill rehabilitation and contaminated site remediation. He was responsible for the $35 million Eastern Creek Northern Extension landfill cell development project from 2005 – 2009, managed the Global Renewables Eastern Creek AWT Facility contract for WSN from 2010 and was SITA’s Site Manager for the Walgrove Road Eastern Creek Landfill and Resource Recovery Facility during 2011. He has also been involved in several landfill gas to energy infrastructure projects. Mr Mason was appointed in 2011to source new project opportunities for the Company on the East Coast of Australia and New Zealand.
